The Chengdu J -10/ F -10 Vanguard fighter jet developed and built by China can’t be sold to neighbor and frind countries for an almost incredible reason. The authorities haven’t issued the export permit!
The information was disclosed by Ma Zhiping , vice president of the State-owned China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation, in response to local media speculation regardin the transport of some J -10s in Pakistan.
Zhiping said that no J -10s has left the country as they are still awaiting authorization for export from the central government .
Somewhat unusual for China, Ma Zhiping even launched a warning, saying that his country can lose important contracts if third generation jet wont’ have the authorization as soon as posible, so it could be sold to other states.
He said that countries in Asia, Africa and South America are interested in J -10. The first foreign customer will be but Pakistan.
